The student must have full legal capacity to enter into a contractual agreement, or the process must be completed by their legal guardian.
2. Accuracy of Information
The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact details and academic information through website forms or official communication channels.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, including texts, designs, logos, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Arabian Educational LLC. Any copying, reproduction, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third: Obligations of the Parties
Obligations of the Company
- Providing honest academic consultation and guidance
- Advising students on the best available options
- Submitting official applications to universities
- Facilitating admission letters and official invitation documents
- Assisting with agreed logistical arrangements
Obligations of the Student
- Providing all required documents translated and legally certified within the specified deadlines
- Paying administrative and service fees on time as agreed
- Complying with the rules and regulations of the university and the host country upon arrival
Fourth: Modification and Termination
- We reserve the full right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
- The company has the right to immediately terminate services if the student is found to have submitted forged documents, engaged in abusive behavior, or failed to pay the agreed financial dues.
